Description

Geometric shapes are sculpted into the surface: by taking away material, the form and finish come into focus. Gubia has geometric shapes carved into the surface: this sideboard perfectly expresses the artisanal origins of its craftmanship. It represents a re-interpretation of these roots, skills and knowledge in an iconic design for contemporary interiors. The structure is made of Terra Oak Fashion Wood, for an elegant, natural look. The base is made of Elettrocol-painted metal with a textured surface effect, improving the product’s look and durability. Also available with a finished back, making it ultra versatile for furnishing your home.

The name Gubia is inspired by the classic gouge chisel, traditionally used in carpentry to carve round grooves into wood. References to traditional craftsmanship can be found in every range and accessory designed by Alf DaFrè. Discover the level of quality and elegance only Italian craftsmanship can offer in our wide assortment of furniture and home accessories.  The drawers feature a branded ecoleather liner: stylish details that makes this accessory unique.
